Mahallah Games

on 21 and 22 September 2012. MRC UMAFZ with collaboration of other MRC of CFS IIUM had organized a programme which is Mahallah Games. There are four games contested. Those are basketball, volleyball, ping pong and netball

OBJECTIVES

To strengthen the ukhuwah between student through to the joy and bliss of playing sports

To create teamwork spirit among students in a tournament or game

To cultivate a healthy lifestyle to the fellow students, involved

Mahallah Open Day

In conjunction with the Eid and Independance Day, The Mahallah Representative Committee (MRC) of Mahallah Aisyah had organise a 2 days and 2 nights programme entitled “Merdeka Raya Celebration”. This programme is open to all students of Centre for Foundation Studies International Islamic University Malaysia (CFS IIUM).

Among the activities held are forum on Independence Day to instill spirit of loving the nation, traditional and cultural telematch as well as demonstration of ketupat weaving and ‘rewang session’.

OBJECTIVES

1. To integrate cultural elements in instilling the spirit of patriotism among students.
2. To enhance communication skills and teamwork among the committee and society of CFS IIUM.
3. To polish students’ leadership skills in organizing programmes.
4. To foster the sense of belonging to the community of CFS.
